Participants will create a collage quilt, made with magazines, old book pages, maps, drawings, painted paper, and anything else they deem meaningful to them. Materials will be cut to the size and shape of a selected pattern the day of.
The artist will go over different types of patterns and their meanings, sharing the unique importance of barn quilts and worry blankets. Participants cam write or draw their worries on the quilt's template, then overlay their worries as their collage "blanket" is pieced together.
