Zine Out Loud, Madison’s premier comics and zine reading, returns!
Expect a range of incredible visual, narrative, storytelling presented by some of our greatest local artists.
Our headliner is Milwaukee’s own Hannah Hallman (ig: cottna), a self described publisher of gay comics. Hannah’s graphic novel The King’s Companion was released in 2025. In addition to creating comics she is also one of the organizer/founders of Milwaukee Indie Local Comics (MILK) Fest, Wisconsin’s foremost comics festival.
Before we’ll have readings from Alex Clarke (ig: foodalexcook), Finn Enke (ig: finnenke1), Grace Olson, Itchy Warrior, Kelsey Borch (ig: kelseyborch), and Matte (bsky: mutt-ew.bsky.social).
